Louis J. Pereira is the President and current owner of The Herold-Lambert Group, Inc. He is a professional business intermediary who helps people buy, sell and value small and mid-market businesses.

Personally, Mr. Pereira has over fifteen years of professional experience in mergers, acquisitions and sale of businesses. He did his first deal in 1989. Since then has worked on numerous deals ranging from a few thousand dollars to over two hundred million dollars.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pereira has been involved with business transactions in nearly every industry sector.

Mr. Pereira earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson College with special emphasis in Financial Analysis of small and mid-sized businesses, and earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing. Bringing these two areas together has given Mr. Pereira a unique and solid foundation for valuing, packaging and marketing businesses.

Mr. Pereira earned the designation Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association. He also holds the advanced credentials of a Financial Recasting Consultant (FRC) and Business Transfer Specialist (BTS) for demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in these areas.

Mr. Pereira is licensed to handle Commercial Real Estate transactions in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Mr. Pereira has been specifically trained in finding the hidden value in small and mid-sized companies, and managing a smooth and orderly transfer of ownership.

Mr. Pereira is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
